Biographical / Historical

Albert R. Slack was born in Wilmot Ashle, Ark. on April 27, 1909 and died in Denver, Colo. on May 7, 1997. His wife was Ira E. Thomas (B. Camden, Ark.; June 13, 1910-D. Denver, Colo.; September 11, 2006). The couple moved to Denver, Colo. from Warren, Bradley County, Ark. in the late 1930s. The couple were involved within their community as members of various social, religious and sports related clubs.
