Collection contains a letterbook with copies of correspondence sent by Paull regarding his work and research at Colorado Agricultural College; scrapbook titled "Western Slope of Colorado, its Development, Industries, etc." contains newspaper clippings and photographs with emphasis on agriculture in western Colo., especially fruit growing in Delta County.

Biographical / Historical

Charles Leslie Fairbanks Paull (1874-1864) was a horticulturist; Professor at Colorado Agricultural College. Later at Colorado School of Mines, Golden, Colo. Paull also served as a sergeant with Company A, 1st regiment, 1st Colorado Infantry during the Spanish American War and W.W.I.
