The photographs in these albums depict members of the Stearns, Pitkin, Moore and Hanington families of Denver, Colorado. The baby book belonged to Marion Pitkin. Identification in both albums includes Marion Pitkin, Robert Pitkin, Amy Moore Pitkin, Bishop David Moore (first Chancellor of the University of Denver), Julia Pitkin (later Mrs. Woodford Matlock and Mrs. Frank Shoemaker), Amy Pitkin (later Stearns), Katherine Hanington, Henry Hanington, Edith Hanington, Orlando Ward, and Ella Stearns. Views of Denver, Mesa Verde, Hawaii, West Point, and Columbia University.
