Biographical / Historical
Henry Pelham Holmes Bromwell (1823-1903) was an Illinois attorney and congressman; delegate to the Colorado Constitutional Convention. Francis Dashwood Tandy (1867-1913) was the author of Voluntary Socialism and a member of the Denver Circle, a group of men who associated with Benjamin Tucker and contributed to the periodical Liberty.
