Handwritten letter from Edna Harvey Joseph (Mrs. Allen F. Joseph), Jasper, Ind.; dated July 4, 1965. Letter documents the genealogical history of Nicholas "Nic" C. Creede a.k.a. William Harvey (1843-1897), prospector and later miner who located the Amethyst Mine near present day Creede, Colo.
