Biographical / Historical
Bailey (1860-1937) mayor of Denver, Colo. 1919-1923. McGauran (1872-1944) Denver political activist. Though of opposing parties, Democrat McGauran supported Republican Bailey in the latter's unsuccessful run against B.F. Stapleton for mayor 1924.
