Biographical / Historical
A private, nonprofit organization formed in 1968 as the Rocky Mountain Center on Environment, for the purpose of providing an open forum on environmental issues in the Rocky Mountain region. Frequently referred to by the acronym ROMCOE. In 1979, it's name it was changed to ROMCOE-Center for Environmental Problem Solving. Later, it was known as Accord Associates.
