Biographical / Historical
Alan Wayne Allard was a Colo. politician. He was born in Fort Collins, Colo. in 1943 and received a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1968. He represented Larimer and Weld counties in the Colo. Senate from 1983-1990. Allard also served in U.S. House of Representatives from 1991-1996 and in the U.S. Senate, 1996-2008.
