Biographical / Historical

Born November 17, 1918 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Received law degree from Denver University College of Law. Died 2002. Wife, Betty Ann Harper Dittemore, was first woman from Arapahoe County, Colorado to serve in Colorado House of Representatives (1968-1978). Elected Arapahoe County's first woman commissioner in 1980. Created Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. organization.
