Biographical / Historical

Family relocated to Denver, Colorado from Raton, New Mexico in 1968. Graduated from West High School (Denver, Colo.). Attended Metropolitan State College of Denver and University of Colorado at Denver. Served four terms (1989-2003) as Councilwoman from District 9 in Denver, Colorado.
