Biographical / Historical

Opened in March of 1894. Located at East 27th Ave. and Franklin Street in Denver, Colo. Emphasis on manual training as well as college preparation. Also known as Manual Training High School. Alums include former Denver Mayor, Wellington Webb; former Seattle Mayor Norm Rice; Rodolfo "Corky" Gonzalez; Denver City Council members Elbra Wedgeworth and Michael Hancock.
