DENVER AND ARAPAHOE COUNTY REAL ESTATE RECORDS
Scope and Contents
The collection contains 26 volumes of grantor-grantee indexes for Denver and Arapahoe counties and one volume and one oversize file folder containing facsimile plat certificates for Denver and Arapahoe counties. The 26 volumes have been arranged into series by county, and volumes are organized alphabetically by subdivision name. Information found within these records dates from 1859 through 1974 and includes parcel maps, grantor and grantee names, lot numbers, and filing dates. Some of the information within the volumes is believed to have been transcribed from records found in county assessor and/or clerk and recorder offices.
