Biographical / Historical

Fletcher Danyew was born on May 3, 1920 in Middlebury, Vermont. Joined the 10th Mountain Division at Camp Swift (Texas). Assigned to Company E, 85th Infantry Regiment. Served in combat in Italy from January 1945 until May 2, 1945.
