Biographical / Historical

Robert Lyman Perkin was born in Largo Pinell, Fla. on March 18, 1914. He worked for The Rocky Mountain News as an editor. Perkin also worked as the Assistant Regional Information Officer for the Office of War Information during WWII. Married Ethel Perkin in 1940, he wrote The First Hundred Years; an Informational History of Denver and the Rocky Mountain News.
