Biographical / Historical
Served with the 10th Mountain Division. Transferred from Camp J.T. Robinson, Arkansas to Camp Swift, Texas, on October 29, 1944 and was assigned to the 86th Infantry Regiment, Company A. Served in Italy where he received a Bronze Star Medal for his actions near Pizzo di Camiano in February 1945. Killed in action near Castel d'Aiano on March 30, 1945.
