Includes the original letters, photographs, postcards, travel documents, brochures and the typed transcriptions of the trip that Mary Mulligan took to Europe in 1962 after her husband Philip died and her trip to Iran in 1963. Genealogy information about Mulligan and her family is also included.

Biographical / Historical

Married to Philip Mulligan on August 11, 1920. She lived for forty years in Denver before moving to Council House in St. Louis, MO in 1965. She was the President of the Regis Guild and was active in the American Legion Auxiliary in Denver as well as the Newcomers Club in St. Louis. Mary ended up traveling to Europe alone in 1962 and wrote numerous letters to her children about the trip.
