Biographical / Historical
Herbert C. Fairall was a Denver, Colo. insurance man and publisher (Daily journal). Born Feb. 9, 1879; Chicago, Ill.; moved to Denver with parents 1893; Died Mar. 21, 1944; Ogallala, Neb. Active in Democratic politics and Catholic lay affairs. Among offices held: Colorado State Treasurer, Moffat Tunnel Commission president, State Board of Public Welfare chairman.
