Otto Roach Photograph Collection
Scope and Contents
The collection contains loose photographic prints, 39 volumes of sample albums and black and white negatives. Most of the photographic prints are identified. Aerial and scenic views of Denver and Colorado; miscellaneous views of Arizona, Texas and Wyoming; photo plaques of scenery in Colorado. Some photographic prints are damaged, soiled and / or yellowed. Note on album covers: Aerial, Scenics, Illustrative, Commercial. Library does not hold albums 36-39.

Biographical / Historical
Otto Roach was a professional photographer in Denver working for the Denver Commercial Photo Co. until 1935 when he opened his own studio which he operated until 1940. Collection includes loose photographs of aerial views and 38 studio sample albums of O. Roach, Distinctive Photography, located at 1515 Tremont Place and 1605 Pennsylvania Street, Denver, Colorado.
