One oversized flat file folder of architectural drawings and a map from 1950 to 1962. There is also 881 MB of digital images stored on the Library I Drive.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE The majority of the papers in this collection range from 1915 to 1960 (with a few 1982 and 1994 papers relating to alterations of one Hoyt-designed home). The bulk of the collection consists of architectural plans for private residences and institutions. Included are plans for some of Hoyt's important works. SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE The Eugene Sternberg Architectural Records consist of records for individual building projects, microfilm of construction specifications and drawings, and both copies and originals of architectural drawings for buildings. The Arapahoe County Jail was once located near the intersection of Santa Fe Drive and West Colfax, Denver, Colorado. The four-story, stone building was erected in 1891. Built in 1920, the West Side Court Building was connected to the north side of the jail structure.

The Architectural Records comprise blueline and blueprint drawings of the Denver City and County Building, and the Denver Municipal Stadium (later known as the Denver Coliseum). The collection contains no original drawings. Many drawings are worn and in fragile condition.
