Collection contains the People's Theater Company record book detailing names of plays performed, attendance, receipts and disbursements for the stock company's performances between December 28, 1891 to June 10, 1892; also includes name of company officers: President: Calvin P. Butler, Secretary-Treasurer: Howell Snowden, Directors: S.M. Kirkland, C.P. Butler, Howell Snowden, George W. Simms.

Scope and Contents The Su Teatro manuscript collection encompasses the theater's stage productions, community events and office records from approximately 1986, when the theater was incorporated, to 1995. Material concerning plays and events includes promotional material such as programs, fliers, event schedules, press releases and play announcements. SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE The collection consists of scrapbook items: playbills, programs and newspaper clippings from local theater critics and photographs of productions and performers. The original scrapbooks were compiled seasonally between 1975 and 1980 for provide information on each Theater Under Glass production.
