SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE The Alison Hardon Papers document Mrs. Hardon's attempt to develop the mining claims initially purchased by her husband, Joseph B. Hardon. The claims consisted of: Hiddden Treasure, Frederikton and a portion of the Montezuma Group which consisted of five patented claims, all located in Burnt Timber Gulch in La Plata County, Colorado.
