The Edgar H. Jones Papers spans the years 1899-1958. The collection consists of correspondence pertaining to an early job offer from the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway Company Several typewritten memoirs about his days with numerous railroad companies and a newspaper clipping regarding the death of a colleague, James Richard DeRemer, are included.

This collection contains George Metz’s memoir and accounts of a summer spent in the Nahanni Valley (also known as Headless Valley) in the Yukon, Canada with his friend Ralph Ault in 1948.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE The collection includes a typed copy of General Hays' memoir, limited correspondence, a Distinguished Service Medal citation and several biographical sketches prepared by the 10th Mountain Division Office of Public Relations. A copy of Hays' scrapbook also comprises a portion of the collection. The scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, photographs and correspondence. SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE The collection spans 1914 to 2001. Smith's photographs and photograph albums comprise the bulk of the collection. Photographs, memoirs, newspaper clippings and VHS cassettes document the invasion of Kiska Island in 1943 and the 50th anniversary return to Kiska by a small group of 10th Mountain Division veterans in 1993.
