The photographs primarily document the Colorado railroad travels of Dr. Frederick H. and Eva C. Martin on the Denver, Northwestern and Pacific Railway Hill Route, also known as the Moffat Road. The images record the family and social activities of the Tennant family while at home, vacationing at their summer house at "Tennbrook" (located in the Indian Hills, Colorado), or during visits to other locations around the state. Many of the photographs have been identified. In addition, there are a bible school certificate and obituary for Frances E. Tennant, and some newspaper clippings...

The collection contains a pencil sketch by Puzycki: "Chow Hounds" (1945); General Order 72 (Bronze Star award, May 1946); autographed 100 Lira note (ca.1945); photograph album with views of soldiers at Camp Hale, Colo. and in Italy as well as 43 loose bw and color photographs of Camp Hale, Camp Swift, and Italy.

These images were photographed by and for the Fred Harvey Company. Images of Fred Harvey restaurants, hotels, newsstands, gift shops, other business enterprises, and employees are represented, including some of the famous "Harvey Girls," women whom Harvey employed as waitresses. Views in Arizona, California, and New Mexico. Images are from the 1890's through the 1950's.
