The collection contains, personal and business correspondence; speeches; editorials, articles, operational papers from Cervi's Rocky Mountain Journal; research subject files; family history; scrapbooks of Mary Clare Cervi and Marie Cervi; Cervi's newsletters; photographs; CD-ROM of speeches (1965-1971).

Correspondence, clippings, newsletters, brochures, reports, records pertain to Gaylord's professional activities and associations in which she was active including Colorado Association of Mental Health, League of Women Voters, Republican Party; also material from the alumni group from her alma mater, Bennington College.
