Alva A. Paddock Papers
The collection contains a selection of materials assembled by A.A. Paddock: photographs of Phillip Gomer, Denver lumber dealer; portraits of the Colorado Fifteenth Assembly, House of Representatives (1905-1906); panoramic photographic print of the Jolly Bachelor's Outing at Starbuck Park (1915); architectural drawings of the Family Apartment Court, Clermont Street, Denver, Colorado (1944); and a Charter Application, Army and Navy Union (undated).
Andrews, Jacques and Rantoul Architectural Records
1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor plans with exterior perspective of the J.S. Betts house, Denver, Colo. designed by Andrews and Jaques, Architects, Boston, Mass. (ca.1888). The architectural plans are illustrations from the August 11, 1888, Nr. 659 issue of the American Architect and Building News. J. Sanford Betts worked as a broker for the real estate firm of Berkey and Co. It is not known if the house was ever built.
