Collection contains meeting minutes of the board of trustees of the First Congregational Church, chiefly concerning building a parsonage, and financial records (1887-1889, 1903), insurance receipt (1888), promissory note (1888).

Collection contains a promissory note signed by Henry Davis to pay Kennedy $3,200 over 3 years at 8% interest; loan secured by mortgage deed on lots 25 and 26 in block 24 of McCullough's addition to Denver; 12 payment coupons signed by Davis. Location of the property was in the City Park West neighborhood on York Street between 23rd and 22nd Avenues across from City Park, Denver, Colo.
